We offer a full range of CPR and First Aid courses that will help you recognize an emergency, decide how to respond, and provide assistance until trained emergency workers arrive.
Courses we offer include:
Infant & Child CPR
A must for new parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles! Learn how to perform CPR on children from birth to 8 years of age. Skills learned include what to do if your child is choking or is suffering from a potential life-threatening situation. Do YOU know what to do?
Adult CPR & AE
In addition to learning how to perform CPR on adults, you'll learn to recognize the warning signs of heart problems, the proper way to do the Heimlich maneuver, and other valuable skills that could help YOU save someone's life.
AED CPR in the Workplace
For every minute that advanced help (defibrillation) is delayed, a victim's chance of survival decreases by 10%. This class teaches Adult CPR, combined with training in the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) - small, portable, easy-to-use devices that deliver lifesaving defibrillation to victims of cardiac arrest.
Community CPR & AED
Our "all-purpose" CPR class. Learn proper Rescue Breathing and CPR techniques for use on Infants, Children, and Adults.
First Aid Basics
Learn how to deal with every-day real life situations including everything from poisoning to burns to controlling bleeding and splinting techniques.
Standard First Aid
A must for anyone, anywhere, this course combines our First Aid Basics class with our Adult CPR class.
